Texas Chili Recipe

21 oz of lean hamburger or buffalo
1 can of diced tomatoes (sugar free)
¼ cup of chili powder
1 heaping tsp of cumin
1 heaping tsp of salt
1/8 cup of dry onion
1 tsp of dry garlic
1 cup water
|
Brown hamburger in skillet. (drain grease)
Add other ingredients and simmer at least 30 min.
Add additional water as needed.
Portion out and freeze.
Great for quick meal.
Serves 6.
